The Executive Director of CMB, where he leads strategic initiatives focused on community impact, economic empowerment, and sustainable growth. He holds both a BA and an MBA in Business, giving him a strong foundation in organizational leadership, finance, and operations. In addition to his work with CMB, Marcus serves as a Sr. Project Scheduler for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where he oversees complex project timelines, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, and ensures mission-critical projects are delivered on time and within scope. Known for his ability to bridge vision with execution, Marcus brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to every project he leads, while maintaining a deep commitment to service and community development.

William “Scotty” Scott

A seasoned entrepreneur and owner of Nana’s Travel Agency, bringing over 20 years of experience in professional care with the Missouri Department of Mental Health. She has also served as a Treatment Family Home foster parent, providing compassionate support and stability to individuals and families in need.

A devoted leader, retired Air Force veteran, and eight-year cancer and COVID-19 survivor who champions positive living and daily personal growth. A longtime encourager, he is known for his uplifting Morning Motivational Messages (M&Ms) shared throughout the community. Scotty is the co-founder and Vice President of Calling Men Back (CMB), where he supports men in navigating identity, purpose, and life responsibilities. With 24 years of military service and a bachelor’s degree in Multidisciplinary Studies, he currently serves as a Civil Service Curriculum Development Manager for the Air Force. Scotty and his wife, Janice, have been married for 42 years and enjoy a family of five adult children and four grandchildren.

Carlton Jones

A retired engineering leader with 40 years of service at Keesler Air Force Base, where he concluded his career as Electromagnetics Section Chief. A Mississippi State University engineering graduate and Vicksburg native, he has been deeply committed to advancing STEM education across the Gulf Coast, supporting student outreach, college partnerships, and engineering internship pathways. Rev. Jones is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, grounded by strong family values and a lifelong dedication to community service.
